Death & end of life
Investing in death and end-of-life care
The one certainty we all share. Death care, planning and grief are ripe for businesses built with genuine care.
End-of-life spans planning, care, funerals, estate logistics and grief support, enormous, universal, and lots of space for innovation. The barrier here isn't demand or even good products; it's that we're frightened of death, so we avoid the conversation until we're forced into it. That makes adoption hard, and it's exactly why the category stays under developed.
What we look for
Founders bringing dignity, clarity and better design to a moment everyone faces, with business models that respect the sensitivity of the category rather than exploit it.
“When people can access what they actually need – for their bodies, their desires, their grief – they make better decisions. This is the most human moment there is, and it deserves better than silence.”
